Getting around: Forty-five minutes from Larnaca. The old town inside the Venetian walls walks fully, and the Ledra Street crossing traverses the Green Line on foot with your passport.
Halal & prayer places: Good in the (Turkish-flavoured) north and present near the crossing in the south — lunching on both sides in one day is genuinely possible.
