📍 On the ground
Getting around: Train or bus from Sarajevo (~1 hr) — one of the easiest day trips from the capital. The bunker entrance can't be reached by private car or visited without booking — all visitors arrive via organized transport from Konjic. Bunker tours (90 minutes) run three times daily, closed Mondays.
Halal & prayer places: Good — a Muslim-majority town where local eateries serve Bosnian dishes halal by default (ćevapi, grilled Neretva fish). No special searching needed.
Local safety: Same as country →
Cost figures: 2026 prices: the bunker tour costs 40 KM (~21 EUR) for foreign visitors, a half-day Neretva rafting trip roughly €40–60, a local fish meal 20–25 KM.
